Payment and Delivery terms

Terms of payment and delivery of goods.

Please note that the online store of cosmetics and accessories from Thailand does Decostrade.com start assembling your order after 100% prepayment. Picking orders can take an average of 2-4 working days, starting from the day following the receipt of payment. Delivery of goods by cash on delivery, unfortunately, is not possible. We remind you that payment is proof of the cost of goods to the customs authorities of the Russian Federation and other countries. when placing an order, the delivery method (Courier delivery, delivery to the pick-up point, delivery by Thailand Post). In the event that Courier delivery is selected, but, for organizational and technical reasons, it is not possible to reach the door to the specified address, the online store independently chooses the nearest pick-up point to the address or the Russian Post office. At the same time, the delivery price does not change.

For those who have a bank account in Russian banks, payment from the site is made through the Faster Payment System (FPS), for those who have a bank account in Banks located outside Russia, payment by VISA and MASTERCARD cards is provided

Refund
Refunds are made:
1. In case of non-delivery of the ordered goods is detected and confirmed
In agreement with the buyer, the amount paid for the undelivered goods and part of the delivery cost proportional to the weight of the undelivered goods are refunded or credited to the buyer's account in the online store for subsequent purchases.
2. in the event that the parcel was lost due to the fault of the thdelivery.ru delivery project or its contractors (Thailand Post is not related to thdelivery.ru). In case the order was not handed over to the transport company or Thailand Post within 14 days from the date of full payment of the order or another additional period agreed with the customer. The moment of transfer is the provision of the order tracking number to the customer.
In agreement with the buyer, the amount paid for the order is returned or credited to the buyer's account in the online store for subsequent purchases
The fault of the transport company or contractors does not include cases where the recipient did not provide or incorrectly provided the documents requested by the customs broker or the customs authorities of the country of receipt, incorrectly or incompletely indicated the contact details or the address of receipt, was not available for communication to the services delivering the order, in the event that the customs authorities of the country of receipt or transit country for any reason prohibited the release of the order into the country.
3. In case the customer refuses the paid order before it is shipped from the warehouse in Bangkok
In agreement with the buyer, the amount paid for the order is returned or credited to the buyer's account in the online store for subsequent purchases.
4. In case of loss or damage of a parcel sent by Thai Post at the customer's choice, payment will be made only if Thai Post pays compensation for this parcel and only within the scope of this compensation.

In the case of a refund of the amount of money related to clauses 3 and 4, it is returned minus the commissions of the payment system and losses on conversion and withdrawal of funds.
